I received minimal, inaccurate training in my RCC position. Nobody took the time to actually tell me had to be done, until it wasn't, that is. Management tends to have "knee-jerk" reactions that come across as threatening, rather than supportive, especially in manager meetings. Then nothing is done. No follow-through with all the talking about issues. Corporate is no better! Unless you already know how to do the job like the company and state regulations want it done, and don't mind working 12 hour days while getting paid for 7hours-run far away!
Finally getting EMRs!
No management support, not much time to interact with residents, always short staffed
