Some good people to work with....and some not so good !
Human Resources (Current Employee) –  Moyock, NCAugust 2, 2015
Great place to work if you have no intentions of being here long. Benefits for full time employees are excellent but make one upper management official upset and you are gone !!!!! So, don't make any plans for your future with this company because the future most likely will never come......just ask about the high attrition rate in Moyock as well as of the contractors. You are a number here....there is no feeling of being a part of the "family" unless you are buds with one of the upper level folks.................then you will just be transferred if you mess up rather than get fired/laid off/Riff'ed etc.
Pros
$3 lunch- business casual dress code
Cons
Terminations are the rule-not the exception !

Record lead- Contract (Former Employee) –  Moyock, NCJuly 3, 2015
Nothing to learn at this position. Was a self-motivating position. Not much interaction with other employees and not cared for by other employees. This place used you for the hard work you do for them; then let you go for no reason. No opportunity for advancement. The job was enjoyable until the true colors of management and their intentions came out.

If you want to be treated like a 10 year old and have most of your freedom loving right taken from you , well sign right up. You will most likely be more skilled then the client and the client will hate you for it. LOC is there way to let you know that. I never got one but that is why i left.

Government Contractor (Current Employee) –  Moyock, NCApril 9, 2015
The only downside to being a contractor overseas is being overseas. It's a risk thats known and we take it. Watching your family grow up on Skype is not an easy life. The management is good, the work is very easy 90% of the time. Training has improved, but the good ole days overseas are officially over and have been for awhile.

Very political. Management very poor. Hardest part of job was making sure you did not upset anyone for fear of losing your job.

Shift Leader (Former Employee) –  Moyock, NCJune 1, 2014
No typical day, really. It's a very fluid work environment. Duties could range from escorting high level diplomats to venues to writing reports and training schedules. Coworkers are among the best America has to offer. Management below the corporate level is excellent but above that they are somewhat out of touch. Benefits are hard to beat if you can handle 9 months a year away from home.
