Become a member of Acadia's claim department and have a direct impact on helping our customers and helping us reach our strategic goals. As a Casualty Claim Leader, you will oversee claim activities for the casualty line of business and direct daily casualty claim functions of four casualty teams located in six states. Acadia Insurance Company is a leader in providing superior claim service. Continuing our tradition of service is an important part of this leadership role.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to form strong relationships to develop a team of highly skilled claim professionals. A bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of claim experience are required as well as a track record of successful leadership experience.
