I provided administrative support to direct Managers as well as Office Staff. I answered and directed phone calls using ARC Console Connect (a web-based operator console that brings the robust features of a traditional PBX switchboard to the Cisco Call Manager platform). I provided support to office staff. I answered inbound calls for 12 branch offices, to include our company Headquarters. I was responsible for logistical operations of office and facilities’. I provided guidance to resolve challenges that developed with warehouse daily functions. I generated regular administrative reports employing the Trilogy system. I coordinated inventory, and filing. I enjoyed the fate of working at all the company Bay Area locations, which offered immeasurable opportunities to learn the firm’s strategic operations and work with a diverse work force.
