Work environment and culture are okay but not the best.

They are obsessed with the bottomline and not its people, there is a culture of work overload and high pressure and stress
The environment is only good if you are very young and if management takes a personal liking to you. Your performance, attendance and attitude has very little with how well you do there or how you're treated. Avoid Accenture especially if you are over 35.
The work environment was at the corporate level and was neatly maintained to fulfil the requirements of all the employees

Work environment is excellent and allows a lot of knowledge based work where we work and learn and this makes the learning curve improving. Because of this for an individual the efficiency and performance of work is also improvised.
Very relaxed with an open door policy.
