Typical day consists of phone calls. Phone calls. Did I mention you make a LOT of phone calls?! Taking payments, administrative tasks (reviewing/filing reports, files, and other operations paperwork.) Collection/Marketing calls, and assisting in-store customers with payments, purchases/payouts, writing agreements, mailing out letters, assisting customers with Service issues, pick-up requests, bankruptcy and other legal matters. I learned how to execute the former tasks and take ownership of my business. Management was constantly rotating and turnover is extremely high. The hardest part of the job was trying to assist your customers with what little control you had to executre your job successfully. I really enjoyed managing my own store and building relationships with customers that lasted years.
Full-time, with paid overtime weekly, great coworkers, decent pay
