Evolving work environment focused on production and efficiency.
Permitting Specialist (Current Employee) – Jane Lew, WV – March 3, 2014
Office/Field time is split 50/50. When in the office, I review and submit Federal, State and local permit applications associated with natural gas pipeline construction activities. Permit types range from United States Army Corps of Engineers GP-5 and GP-8 down to Pennsylvania Township Road Occupancy Permits. I also manage and coordinate a bonded roads network for all construction-related hauling activities for my region. In the field, I utilize my education and passion for environmental sciences to aid in pipeline routing, stream condition reports and the avoidance of multiple threatened and endangered species' habitats.
Diverse work opportunities within each position. Friendly work environment.
Low work volume. Diminishing advancement opportunities.
Great company with emphasis on community, health and family!
Administrative Assistant I (Current Employee) – Big Flats, NY – August 14, 2013
Access Midstream truly believes in giving back to the community. I've learned more about altruism in my time working here than I have in my entire life. Access also places great value on the health of employees, even incorporating a wellness program with wonderful incentives.
My typical day consists of championing multiple volunteer and fundraising efforts! The hardest part of my job is getting my colleagues to volunteer on a Saturday morning.
Incentives, corporate responsibility program, getting to borrow company vehicle.
