A typical day at Access World Wide will consist of logging into all applications and systems for the first 15 minutes and to be prepare to take the first call at 9:00a.m. I have learn many aspect of working as a part of customer serives rep to being a Quality Development.I have adherd from making the schedules to hosting meeting with the client. I have been able to make a negative situation into a postive outcome.I have work with amazing staff who understand your roll as a lead rep and being in a higher postion. The hardest part of my job would be leaving to go home.I enjoy the most about my job is that I love to communicate with my peers and create a new way to be successful in the program and meeting deadlines.
