Over the years AccessData took on greater and greater challenges, and that was good. They improved test automation over time (unit test, integration test, and system test), and that was by far their best move as it made it much easier to produce a good product. This was done mostly by the devs with some but not enough backing from management. Upper management did improve communication with the rank and file over time, and that was a huge help, but I would have liked to see an even more collaborative posture about how to address significant problems (both technical and non-technical). Overall I had wonderful experience with AccessData.
