Initially I felt great about it, because the company really seemed to care about its customers and employees. Now everything is about the bottom line and making money. They don't care how much more stress they place on employees.

It's ok, but certainly not the best out there for benefits and time off. Problem is if you don't make your 40 hours whether by your fault or theirs, they took your pto to make up for it. Over a year then they can nickel and dime your pto to death.
