I beleive they have a very strong future with tremendous growth opportunities, but will not be realized if they don't focus more resources towards adequate new hire on-board training, better work/life balance and eliminate favoritism.
Need to do a better job of employee work / life balance for all employees. Also the company has over committed to the customer it's capabilities which then puts the employees in a very stressful environment if they can't deliver on the commitment.
Basically 10 hrs of vacation earned per month or 3 weeks per year.
