We are seeking a Staffing Specialist to support our HR team and ensure that clients’ authorized hours are being met through management of nursing and personal care staff. Major duties of this position include:

 Manage all candidates for employment beginning with the hiring process. Continue to manage them throughout their employment with Accurate Home Care.
 Ensure that clients’ needs are being met by providing quality services to clients, seeking their input and making changes when needed.
 Provide direction and support to all individuals inquiring about employment with Accurate Home Care.
 Provide accurate schedules for fieldstaff and clients.
 Interview job applicants to match their qualifications with employers' needs, recording and evaluating applicant experience, education, training, and skills.
 Ensure all required training, background and reference checks and testing, including tuberculin tests are completed before an individual begins to work.
 Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
 Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
 Submit applications for PCA Provider numbers to the Department of Human Services.
 Organize and conduct new hire orientation for all field staff.
 Provide quality customer service support to the general public, existing and prospective clients, clients’ family members, employees, and co-workers.

Qualified candidates must have a high school degree; Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Social Services, Business or related field preferred. Degree may be substituted with a minimum of one year of experience or more in home care/staffing/human resources. Must possess great customer service skills, be compassionate and dependable.
