That's why we utilize a two week internal training program for all employees. Our operators are certified to IPC Class 2, and Class 3 workmanship standards. We make certain that our employees have the right tools and equipment to do their jobs.
Ensuring that we build high quality products requires more than just training. It requires that we measure and reward the right "levers". At AccuSpec a large portion of the quarterly bonus program is connected to achieving our quality goals.
We have a broad view of quality. We treat Quality not as a separate "stand alone" organization, but Quality is ingrained throughout the organization. Quality is everyone's job and we live that philosophy.

Internal auditors fully certified by an outside agency that specializes in manufacturing systems and quality certifications. IPC certified trainers that are both a part of our quality and manufacturing workforce. A two week introductory training program before a new employee is permitted to begin work in the manufacturing process. Quality plans tailored to the individual customer and/or specific application
Detailed documentation to support the manufacturing process. Aggressive measurement of quality errors and first pass yield rates. We follow this with a rigorous root cause analysis. Quality is doing something the same right way every time. Inspection in critical areas, monitoring quality in critical process control areas. We utilize state of art equipment, e.g. YesTech automated optical inspection, to ensure that we monitor our process control and avoid costly rework or returns.
