Ace Taxi offers several corporate account options. Depending upon the number of people in the office, the frequency of trips per week, the distance of the trips, and several other factors, Ace Taxi can offer a plan to meet your office's needs.
Once your account is established with Ace Taxi, anyone from your office can call 216-361-4700, fax us their – more... order at 216-361-2304, or email us at orders@acetaxi.com. If possible, please allow 45 minutes from the time the order is placed to the requested pick up time.
Upon calling, you must indicate that this is a corporate account ride and offer the company name or specific corporate account number. This ensures that not only do we keep your account current, but that your call will be placed as a priority.
Once a month, Ace Taxi will send a detailed transport summary indicating the date, time, pick up, drop off, and rate information. Because several drivers will be assigned to various corporate accounts, we ask that all tips are offered at the time of service rather than being incorporated in the overall billing summary.
