We are happy to provide Paid Time Off to all full time staff and have a "use it or lose it" policy. Therefore, we encourage our staff to use all the days provided each year, for one's own mental wellness and work/life balance. Paid Time Off allotment grows with tenure. One would use this time to take whatever is needed; vacation, sick, personal, etc.
We also offer Bereavement, Jury Duty and Medical leave, etc. as appropriate/applicable.

This is a true Head Start program. During the federal monitoring review we received in 2013, the lead reviewer said "No other Head Start program is doing what you're doing and every Head Start program SHOULD be doing what you're doing".
We operate like a school with a structured curriculum, etc. We also provide extended day services and operate in the summer because research shows children are more likely to maintain the gains they make throughout the year if they continue school in the summer.

I am SO proud of this company, its integrity, the growth of our staff and ultimately, the outcomes produced for low income children and families. One has to feel good about the overall impact we are having on the increased number of children and families served throughout the country. I know we have the mission at heart and emulate our values, so much so, that our performance appraisals are based on our values and position specific goals. At Acelero Learning, we believe that all children can achieve and succeed, and we work to empower families to advocate for their children and themselves. I am proud to say that I contribute to our mission and have worked at Acelero Learning for over 9 years.

We offer medical (traditional and high deductible plan option), dental, vision, 401K with a matching contribution, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, professional development and over 4 weeks of paid time off in the first year between Paid Time Off and paid breaks.
As we run federally funded programs, we receive a pay increase when the government provides a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA).
Promotions within the company would also lead to a higher pay rate.
