Sales Representative, Atlanta, GA - December 27, 2016
They want you to do and say whatever you have to to get the contract signed. Most of the positive reviews on Google, Kudzu, Yelp, etc. are from employees that are customers and customers that have left reviews at the time of signing up well before anything was actually done. (Customers earned a month of free monitoring to do so. Management STRONGLY pushed sales reps to get a positive review at the time of sale or else.) Don't believe the Best Place To Work awards. Upper management strong arms those positive answers. Always wondered just how anonymous they really were. Install techs blow off appointments or screwed them up to where sales were lost. The head manager decides who gets leads and where. Don't believe that he doesn't manipulate lead distribution pet his personal agenda. Even my direct manger said that he does. You're taught how to heavily pad pricing. They are owned by Canadian company. They are more about expansion to put money in the pockets of those higher up than improving on what's wrong with the company. HR is NOT going to help you no matter what they say. They are there to protect the company from anything legitimate you have to say, and to inform management of what you've said. Management allowing their favorites to take appointments from the customers you've already spoken to, and forcing other reps to clean up the messes that top performers made. You can't trust anyone. Co-workers would sell out their grandmother to get the head manager to give them good leads. Unethical behavior by co workers and management is abundant. Just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Turnover is high for a reason. Management will say it's because those people couldn't handle it. Nope. It's because the company sucks. Looking for another job. That's why I'm on Indeed.
