ACN is a network marketing company that supplies telecom and energy. It is a great company if you have the personal drive and vision to create a business. Most people don't so when they get into network marketing they tend to flop, if they even decide to give it a shot in the first place.

A typical is just going out and helping people save money on their services. It's easy, I just need to get out and spread the word for my own benefit. They train me on how to take ownership and to be independent.

This is A Self Employed Position, it is absolutely life changing and has impacted positively in my life. I am a broker for energy and tele-communication companies giving customers savings and in return, i get paid. I have a team that I consider family. We all work hard together and explore strategies, ideas, and ways to increase our marketing and revenue. – more... Bringing other people into the team can be difficult. ACN has proved to be an exceptional place to work. Owning your own business but not in business alone. Selling products people already use through other companies; lowering cost of house hold accessories a gold in a mine i must say. I have been taken by other priorities, so i have not had ample time to reach substantial growth but the small amount i – more... put into it brings great results especially with a team who have been giving me support when ever I ask. The business allows time to be managed in my own way and I progress as I please. I work as I please and I set my own schedule. Me and my team has worked hard and coming along nicely.

Great people to work with but extremely hard to obtain customers who are willing to change services. Matt WIlliams (the person who invited me to join ACN) was knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Owners and upper mgmt are clueless,no accountability when they make bad deals, they lay-offs hard working people. Company under pays employees. CFO CIO and head of HR voice their opinions and got fired. Not company to work for unless your unemployed or a recent grad.

Listen to the coaching and teachings if you can follow the system then you will succeed financially.

Working with ACN as its perks and its downfalls. The cafeteria has good food but prices are high. You may see the owners walking around about every two weeks. Supervisors are fair and good people.

A typical day at ACN can be fun and exciting the environment is upbeat and motivational. I learned that perception is not always reality. To expand on the perception of some departments accountability can only be achieved if knowledge and policies are communicated effectively throughout all departments. ACN was a company that allowed me to learn the basics of marketing and sales. The program lets the individual earn only as much as they put into it. It's a slow start and requires a lot of time and hard work in order to see any returns on your initial investment.
