ACN - Excellent company if you have the drive and vision
Independent Business Owner (Current Employee), Wixom, MI – April 28, 2013
ACN is a network marketing company that supplies telecom and energy. It is a great company if you have the personal drive and vision to create a business. Most people don't so when they get into network marketing they tend to flop, if they even decide to give it a shot in the first place.

Tremendous Company
Independent Contractor (Current Employee), Tampa, FL – April 11, 2013
A typical is just going out and helping people save money on their services. It's easy, I just need to get out and spread the word for my own benefit. They train me on how to take ownership and to be independent.

Amazing Opportunity of Future investment to become Financially Free
Entrepreneur/Owner (Current Employee), Columbus, OH – April 5, 2013
Pros: positive, successful people, great opportunity for great income, traveling.
Cons: not everyone will agree or accept acn, either a customer or from a business stand-point. negative feedback at times.
This is A Self Employed Position, it is absolutely life changing and has impacted positively in my life. I am a broker for energy and tele-communication companies giving customers savings and in return, i get paid. I have a team that I consider family. We all work hard together and explore strategies, ideas, and ways to increase our marketing and revenue. – more... Bringing other people into the team can be difficult. It does require speaking publicly, and pursuing random people and spark conversation. I love this job. As much effort you put in this business, the same amount of feedback you will receive. It is definitely a positive learning experience. – less

Productive and encouraging
IBO (independent business owner) (Former Employee), Chicago, IL – March 19, 2013
ACN has proved to be an exceptional place to work. Owning your own business but not in business alone. Selling products people already use through other companies; lowering cost of house hold accessories a gold in a mine i must say. I have been taken by other priorities, so i have not had ample time to reach substantial growth but the small amount i – more... put into it brings great results especially with a team who have been giving me support when ever I ask. I will admit it does take its toll when people do not trust your company but keep positive and people will astound you. Failure brings about success the second time around. – less

Independent Business Development Representative (Former Employee), Columbus, OH – February 28, 2013
Great people to work with but extremely hard to obtain customers who are willing to change services. Matt WIlliams (the person who invited me to join ACN) was knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Senior IT Analyst (Former Employee), Concord – November 16, 2012
Pros: ping pong
Cons: management, pay and benefits
Owners and upper mgmt are clueless,no accountability when they make bad deals, they lay-offs hard working people. Company under pays employees. CFO CIO and head of HR voice their opinions and got fired. Not company to work for unless your unemployed or a recent grad.

Tier 1 Tech Support Agent (Former Employee), Concord, NC – August 20, 2012
Pros: acn open house, company cookouts, salary, benefits, and coworkers
Cons: management sometimes
Working with ACN as its perks and its downfalls. The cafeteria has good food but prices are high. You may see the owners walking around about every two weeks. Supervisors are fair and good people.

Productive and Accountability
Consumer Affairs/Compliance Specialist (Former Employee), Concord, NC – August 19, 2012
A typical day at ACN can be fun and exciting the environment is upbeat and motivational. I learned that perception is not always reality. To expand on the perception of some departments accountability can only be achieved if knowledge and policies are communicated effectively throughout all departments. Management holds every employee to standards that – more... make accountability and reliability an easy task to achieve. The hardest part of the job is understanding that one persons actions could damage or hinder that of many. The most enjoyable part of the job is communication accomplish and recognition when a job is well done. – less

Easy to learn marketing business that allows you to create your own hours. You get out of it what you put into it.
Multi-level Marketing Manager (Former Employee), Chico, CA – June 6, 2012
Pros: self appointed hours, friendly people, everyone is willing to help
Cons: slow start up, no to minimal returns initially, product being sold is not the best possible deal
ACN was a company that allowed me to learn the basics of marketing and sales. The program lets the individual earn only as much as they put into it. It's a slow start and requires a lot of time and hard work in order to see any returns on your initial investment. The hardest part of the job is to recruit others underneath that will be a potential asset – more... to you and those within your network. The most enjoyable part of the job is that you are your own boss and you get out of it only what you put into it. – less
