Personal Administrative Assistant who will be personal assistant to one of the owners. Human Resource and Office Administration.
Data Entry. Organize personal and business calendar. Liaison with office staff and Sales Department. Plan Business related events. Make travel arrangements. Provide project management skills and support. Negotiate and communicate with vendors personal and at home. Handle document flow and organize files. Provide technical support for up to date communication systems. Person errands as needed. Coordinate work flow . Update and chase delegated task to ensure progress to deadlines. Take initiative in owners absence. Keep projects on schedule. Handle phone inquiries within owners capacity. Arrange callbacks and route calls as needed. Screen to control interruptions.
- Self motivated individual with high degree of accountability
- 1-3 years of previous experience in Office Administrative area
- Very helpful to have background in any or all of the followingMS Office, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Quickbooks
