SENIOR SALES SUPERSTARS WANTED TO SELL TO DENTAL PRACTICES – Earn up to $300K

ActionRun is seeking experienced dental sales representatives with proven success and established book of business in dental offices. Expected OTE: $150,000. Good sales professionals with established relationships can expect to make up to $300,000.

This positions are home office based in the following metros and states of the United States:

East Coast: Boston, Providence, New York City, New Jersey, Charlotte, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Miami,

Midwest: Chicago, Denver, St. Louis, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Houston, Dallas,

West: Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego

Compensation: This is a contract-to-hire position for experienced Dental technology and service sales professionals. You will start as an independent contractor and will be eligible to join the company on regular salary, commission and benefits (health, vacation and stock options) within 90 days or upon successfully meeting minimum sales success criteria, whichever is earlier. During the evaluation period, compensation will be in the form a generous / high commission from deals closed. Superior sales professionals will be eligible for a monthly retainer during the evaluation period in lieu of commission to ensure income.

Further, they must be able to close sales by presenting to both dental office managers and dentists, both in person as well online using web meetings.

Desired qualifications:

  • Established book of business with dentists for at least last 7 years.
  • Proven history of income from sales as evident in W-2 or other appropriate documentation.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful. Ability to work based on goals and with minimal supervision.
  • Expert telesales skills to set up appointments and sell over phone.
  • Excellent in-person presentation skills and deal closing experience.
