As an agent you day was busy from the start of the day until the end. You needed to focus on providing customer service and handling any customer complaints throughout the day. My supervisor was very nice and easy to talk with about problems. However, the culture was not as enjoyable. ActivStyle had a policy that if an employee had an issue with another employee they met with a supervisor together. This caused a great amount of tension between employee's.
The hardest part of the job I would say is taking the required tests since ActivStyle is an accredited company. However, you also learned a great deal regarding health care policies. The most enjoyable part of the job was the customer's. I loved helping customer's regarding their incontinent supplies and making sure they received them without any problems.
