ActivStyle is a growing medical supply company in NE Minneapolis. We have a current need in our Case Management department.
- Receives requests/inquiries from and provides information and price quotations to Case Managers/Clients.
- Processes sales orders, verifies insurance coverage, returns and coordinates with other departments through to completion.
- Responsible for accurate and timely oversight and ownership of new referral sources/clients order.
- Understanding of product line and have an understanding of how products are used by customers.
- Answers questions regarding product line, prices and delivery times, and send samples and market collateral, track orders through procedure and delivery
- Completion of incoming/outgoing telephone calls for new clients. Responds immediately to customer inquiries/information needs and provides a positive, courteous service to customers to build relationships with referral source and Field Sales Rep for revenue growth
- Manage/analyze/resolve outstanding issues that include reports, past due documentation and open leads.
- Ability to report on the state of assigned territory
