Nursing (Former Employee) – Adamsville, TN – May 16, 2017
There are simply not enough CNAs and nurses to provide the care that is needed. The really good staff run themselves ragged until they cannot take it any longer. Nursing administrators very seldom come out of their offices to help. One nursing administrator in particular finds ways to give a hard time to staff who are working their fingers to the bone. This facility has many great employees. Sorry to say a lot leave because they cannot take the work load or pressure any longer. Add to this the therapy department has constant changes! They cannot keep a rehab manager or therapists. Great therapists come and go. They are under contract with a different company, but it looks like both of the companies in this building need to stop what they are doing and revisit their management, goals, and how they treat staff.
Wonderful patients, great therapists.
Very inconsistent building census, management, etc.
