Lacks proper supervisory direction.
Quality Assurance Manager (Former Employee) – Fullerton, CA – July 30, 2014
A typical day is filled with hectic deadlines and lack of supervisory direction. I learned to adapt to various and multifunctional job duties while keeping up with the demands of the U.S. Navy. Management was lacking at best direction was less then helpful. Co-workers for the most part were helpful and kept the office environment lively. The hardest part of the job was figuring out with the lack of direction from supervisors what the job priorities are. The most enjoyable was being able to meet most to all demands required by the U.S. Navy.
