Promise you to be working with high end clients, nothing but a scam treatment facility, simply a high priced homeless shelter. Executive management egotistical and borderline, middle management inexperienced and unprofessional, physical plant well painted and kept looking good, but falling apart. HVAC system a petri dish for mold cultures. Human resources is a joke once hired! Simply a money making operation with little or no care/respect for employees and a heads on the beds mentality as far as admission goes. New medical director who is open to giving everyone who asks a 90 day perscription for suboxone and a followup appointment at his own clinic.
Its a great place to observe unethical behaviors.
If your in recovery, over 40, or have any experience in management you will not be appreciated!

I work in the criminal justice part of AdCare. My AdCare colleagues are great but it can be frustrating working with other state workers who don't always have client's best interests in mind. It's fulfilling work though, feel supported by other staff, clinical supervisor and director. Lots of trainings on-site and if you have a good sense of humor and a good heart, this is the place to be.

Do yourself a favor don't waste your precious time on this company. This place has high expectations of there employees, but they do not compensate in any way, shape, or form. You are micro-managed daily by a condescending unhappy "DIRECTOR". The most enjoyable part of the job was leaving and getting a new job where I am respected and treated like an human being/employee should be.
P.S. I thought sweat shops were not located in this country....

Company does not care for employees or their benefits. Issues are swept under the rug instead of being handled. Saw a huge turnover of great employees while working there due to the work environment and pay concerns.
