Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates the planning development and launch of new projects.
Primary liaison between customer, sales and shop floor.
Develops project requirements, establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Manages the operating program inputs: project planning, logistics, operations management, and financial performance.
Manages and communicates customers’ product quality, on-time delivery, configuration, quality and inventory requirements (turnkey).
Prepares RFQ’s, quotes and client required daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Manages multiple projects with multiple tasks in a fast paced industry.
Responsible for customer service satisfaction and partnering with Account Managers to maximize client relations.
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
