*Helps clean pots,trays,utensils after meals
*Ensures proper food temperature maintenance.
*Keeps stock rooms, coolers & freezers clean and ensures that food supply stocks are
rotated, all perishables are labeled, dated and stored properly.
*Ensure compliance with state local and regulatory agencies as it relates to Food Service
*Servesafe certified or qualified.
