What I have learned so far

At my job I have learned to deal with all types of Individuals. I have learned to manage money, maintain a store and all the assets in the store. I have learned to open the store as well as being accountable for all the money in the store.
A typical day at work is making sure the store runs smoothly, as well as looking presentable to the customers. I also make sure the team greets all the customers, as well as making them feel like they are family. I make sure that the orders are placed, and that the customer is ready to fix their car and can feel confident about the job they did.
As for my co-workers we just had two people quit and I have assumed the role of picking up the hours to make sure the store runs and operates the way corporate wants it ran.
The hardest part of the job is dealing with the difficult customers and the problems they are having with their vehicle. As well as making sure all the team members are able to help out and cover the shifts that need covered as well as making sure the store looks presentable to the customers.
The best part about my job is I get to meet all different types of people as well as helping people weather its getting them the parts they need or the information to what is causing the problem in their car
