Do Not Waste your time - Very Unprofessional Mgt and Lack of Communication

I worked for this company for six months and I should have noticed the red flags right away. I was lied to from the beginning being told that I would have the support and direction of my regional manager. I didnt hear from her till I called in sick one day due to my daughter being admitted to Childrens Hospital. This company lacks compassion big time. If you dont agree with all of the cases presented to they will terminate you. They will send you to drive over 50 miles to get to a members home and when you get there it is a no show. The worst part is you cant even tell if you are compensated for these no shows because the paystub is difficult to read,

Cons: Short breaks and lunch, horrible upper management, horrible supervisors, no job security.
If job security is what you are looking for this is NOT the place for you AT ALL. Upper management looks down there nose at the scheduling team. Something changes about the job duties weekly. Your ALWAYS included in helping another area of the company with their work. You can never be safe about having your job when you go in the next day. They expect you to only use the bathroom or take care of emergency phone calls in the extra 10 minutes a day that they give you.

The supposedly VP, with what credentials she has no one knows, has no idea how to run a call center. Changing procedures when it suits her and firing employees depending on her mood that day. Training is a joke and upper management does not seem to understand or care as long as the VP brushes and cons their egos. She makes them think she is the best and that it everyone else is the problem. She is very unprofessional and the upper management loves her unprofessional tactics. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Call centers are not to be sweat shops!

Working at Advance Health can burn you out. You are required to meet quota's every month. The communication between management and staff needs to improve. When policies are written, then people need to abide by the rules. In this company, rules change everyday so be cautious.

Do Not APPLY for this job. The VP will Screen you from the day you walk into the door. She is very petty. (the company itself is petty) They have the worst Management Ever. The only thing that matter is 15 Appointments a day. This job is only for people who are looking, an you just need to work until the job you need comes. Management Sucks. From Owners to Supervisors. The Turn over Rate is Horrible.

WORST EMPLOYER EVER! NO JOB SECURITY

No professionalism at all. There's so much lying done and favoritsim shown its unbelievable! The managers are inexperienced, unprofessional and sneaky. Absolutely no job security as an scheduler. Management/QA arent on the same page so your told do something 1 way by 1 person but end up getting penalized by the next. You can be the top scheduler yet your job is not secure. Ive watched ppl be let go during their "conversion day", be top scheduler or receive positive feedback on improvement yet let go next day for performance, written up for being out WITH DRS NOTE FOR SURGERY, let go for something completely private/person and unwork related, for being cuter than management, being flirted with by management or simply because you didnt kiss enough behind. Every day you have to worry about if your going to be fired. This is more like high school but with more drama/gossip. Sometimes w/o any warning nor doing anything wrong. If you want to be stressed, depressed, watching your every move or want no job security than this is the job for you. otherwise dont waste your time. Its highly unlikely youll make it the 4months to become permanent. Theyre hiring so frequent because ppl get fired everyday. the turn around rate is horrible

The owners of the company are very kind and generous. The management that they have designated under them are horrid they abuse the power they have and lie to make themselves look good. When you bring an issue to their attention they pretend to hear what you have to say but don't directly address the issue. The VP and the shift managers and dialer team all except about 1 person on the dialer team abuse their positions and change rules and regulations daily to fit their needs as a whole not on behalf of the employees that work under them and for them. They fire people that work hard, aren't late, follow directions well, solve complex customer issues and complaints without having to involve management, and meet the goals set before them, yet they keep people who are loud have horrid phone etiquette, don't follow script, and hang up on people. If you want to be stressed, pick up weight, constantly worry about whether or not your getting fired because your prettier than management, or you didnt kiss enough butt this month to be promoted even though your numbers and the quality of your calls speak for themselves this is the job for you! if not stay far away Advanced Health is always hiring because they are always firing not because they are expanding their turn around rate is faster and higher than the restaurant and hospitality industry, all because management is HORRID!
