It's the ideal job for people who like to muli-task. There is alot of downtime and it's usually quiet. A great place to work for those whom like to work alone.

bad management that never helps just criticizes people are pretty much rude all the time

A typical day at work started with dealing with security issues, reports, scheduling, new hires and training. I learned to be a better Manager, scheduler, better administrative and multi talented. Management was great. Co-workers were hard working people. The hardest part of the job was to retain clients due to the economy. A great place to work. Have worked with multiple clients and have learned many different techniques in my profession. All the people I have worked with are excellent guards and clients as well.
