Fun work but poor incentives
Cable Installation Technician (Former Employee), Toledo, OH –
Pros: no supervisor hovering over you all of the time.
Cons: very demanding with no rewards for your hard work
Expect to work long hours with not so great compensation. Expect stagnation if you want to progress forward because of the clique effect.

Pros: one hour lunches
Cons: healthcare, one day off a week
overall I cant complain about working at ACI. It was a learning experience for me learned new things and appreciate the company for giving the chance.
