APA has been through many changes over the last 4 years. Staff cuts are a real issue as I was recently told my position was being eliminated. I understand it is business, but the cuts are at a lower level which actually produces the income/revenue. Being top heavy on the administrative side would be a wiser choice for cost reductions.

Everything that is outline in the job description, management and leadership does the complete opposite. They set unrealistic productivity measurements, which affects the quality of your work. They do not care or value staff or their needs. Take heed of this review. Look for a position with another company!!!!

I like the hours I work

I work Monday through Thrusday, from noon to 9pm, and Friday from noon to 6:30pm. Able to take care of personal needs without having to take PTO nearly as much.
Pros
Flexible with personal time. Can make up for hours lost due to dr's appointments, etc...
Cons
PTO is not as comparable as other company's.
