Cons: exceedingly high expectations of lower employees and low expectations of higher level employees
The individuals who work at Advancement Project are excellent and very intelligent, but there is a culture that does not foster growth or work/life balance. There are many institutional and management decisions that are made which do not reflect our organization's values.
