I learned to placed buns on the assembly line while it was running fast and sometimes slow. When the orders are complete we had to wash the line with water or wipe of the bread crumbs and the meat out for allergies or non-allergies before starting a new order.
I really really enjoyed my time at Pierre Foods. I was there during a period of time when there was a lot of moving parts and a lot of change going on within the organization. Still I learned so much during my time there.
