Customer Service/Loan Officer, Dallas, TX - March 11, 2017
I have mixed reviews for my time with Advancial. There was a lot of downtime, drama and cliques. Employees would call each other and talk on the phone (sometimes for hours a day) instead of helping members and taking care of other responsibilities. I liked and respected the CEO but had a difficult time working with branch managers and upper management. HR was disorganized and the training department was hard to get a hold of. I felt secluded in my job for the few years I worked there. On the flip side they had wonderful parties and celebrations, great opportunities to meet other employees, great benefits, good pay etc which is why I took the job and stayed there for as long as I did. Great 401K which is rare these days.
