About the Contractor Positions EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED but not required.
The FIELD DISCONNECT CONTRACTOR will perform ground and aerial Disconnects in an assigned area. Disconnect Contractors will be expected to complete a minimum of 150 -- 200 (Minimum 30 daily) disconnects per week. Contractors who want and can complete more disconnects per week can be issue more work as available.
The FIELD RETENTION/COLLECTIONS responsibilities consist of being the face-to-face at the door customer service performing collection efforts (payments and/or equipment) with subscribers who are delinquent on their account.
- The ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- Social Security Card, vehicle registration, auto insurance and valid driver's license (Bring with you to interview)
- You must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance. Collections requires a vehicle appropriate for collecting and equipment
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, such as: some afternoon and evenings, morning and afternoon, Saturday and or Sunday -- during the time periods that most people are more likely to be at home.
