Advantage Management Corporation has an exciting full-time Human Resources Assistant position available at our corporate headquarters in Eagan, MN.
The HR Assistant is an entry level role, requiring the individual to perform a variety of human resource support duties. The position requires the person to be customer focused and be able to multi-task a wide range of administrative duties from data entry, assisting the new hire process, job postings, correspondence, personnel files as well as training and project coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products is a must. Interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with employees, and an excellent business sense is needed to handle confidential information when necessary.
Qualified candidates will have previous administrative experience preferably in an HR environment. A college degree is preferred. Must be proactive, have solid written/verbal communication skills, strong attention to details along with an excellent customer service focus.
