typical day at work drive rental cars from the rental area to the cleaning area every day. detailed and clean all vehicles to be rented again. Management was poor, we had to hand wash the cars, the reason the car wash location will go out of service because of mechanical problems. The hardest part of the job was cleaning the rental cars by hand. The most enjoyable driving the clean rental cars to the rental location at the airport entrance.

Company is going through another major financial crisis. Very slow pay for vendors, It's a shame really. Closing locations that are capable of profits as well. A lot of same faces still around and in charge during 3 bankruptcies, do you see the trend yet? Unnecessary bloated salaries for unqualified individuals.

Good benefits within industry standards, New green logo and uniform, Looks like a EuropCar acquisition is imminent

If your not a robot and within the circle, your out. Don't think of expressing a new idea, your boss needs to claim it first!!

Starting with management they are not organized at all , don't expect training, mandatory over time.. as an IT you will be doing all levels of support for the same salary the manager is never a good mood.. do not know how to talk to his employees. I do not recommend working here.

This company is completely unorganized. The management is constantly changing because no one really wants to work for the company. Multiple HR issues and you might as well go straight to HR and not even discuss anything with the managers because the communication is lacking in that department. Compensation for the work you due is way under market. and then they will add additional work to your plate without compensating you for it.

Never enough car's available for customers. Over worked and under payed. Not the friendliest atmosphere. Constantly pressuring agents to upgrade, sell insurance or sell gas. I will never work at a place like that again. I rather be homeless and eat out of dumpsters before I ever put myself through that again.

Managed which cars needed cleaning, servicing and made ready to go in proper order of appointments, Set appointments, processed credit card payments, provided up-sale insurance opportunities to customers, provided customer services to customers on a walk-in basis. Studied competitive prices and adjusted rates accordingly. Excelled in sales and obtained the highest paid bonuses monthly at the company. At times conducted whole business operations independently, to include teams of 3 or more employees successfully and without issues. I continued to work faithfully with the company until they closed down.

Worked their for 2 weeks. Its a shame! They have disgusting cars, poor customer service, and a treachrous city manager. They don't answer customer phone calls on purpose. They lose customers everyday. I have told customers to go else where and don't waste their money and time because they complained about the service being so bad. I had no potential in making commission due to the manager letting another agent take most of the contracts. I see this company falling apart. They hire young naive managers who have 0 experience. They never have cars available.
