Warehouse Worker (Former Employee), Peachtree City, GA – May 10, 2013
Pros: nice people
Cons: seasonal work
The people were loving and fun to work around. There were a lot of people that were related so if we had a problem we just had to deal with it or you would not have a job. For the most part, I enjoyed being around different people. It is an experience I will not forget.

Pros: i worked by myself
Cons: no breaks
It was a typical day's work. I learned to do multiple things at once. I worked by myself which was a plus. There was nothing hard about the job. I enjoyed everything about the job.
Cons: temp labor normally is low pay and bad hours.
I have had a good experience working with Advantage. They have always tried to place me in the best jobs that they can find and they have been very attentive to any problems or issues that I have had with any of the companies that have contracted me.

Pros: made money
Cons: made money
the best part about this job was the people i worked with. i learned what a day in a factory was all about. i learned to box insulated tuben on a production line was like and learned to box 12 foot pipe. i got alone with all my coworkers and worked hard at the job. i learned to try anything the wanted you to do in the plant so i could get experience – more... in the job. the most enjoyable part of the job was the people i worked with. – less
Picker/Puller (Former Employee), Villa Rica, GA – February 20, 2013
Pros: free dinners from time to time.
Cons: long hours with limited breaks and an uneven work schedule.
A typical day at work consisted of a good deal of work depending on the allowed of hours one could work. Some days it would be 12 hours, and some days one would work as little as 4 hours. There wasn't much to learn except for familiarizing myself with product and how to build equal layers on the pallets . The management and other employees were nice – more... and respectful. The hardest part of the job is when the work slowed down and they cut down on hours. One thing I did enjoy about the job was my work scheduled because I worked overnight and I was off on Friday and Saturday. – less

Branch Manager (Former Employee), Morgan City, LA – January 19, 2013
Pros: benefits
Cons: no time for family
This job taught you a great deal of leadership and work ethics. You were trained how to judge a persons employment skills, where they are best suited, and you place them and have oversight over their work abilities. The most difficult part of the job was that you weren't given a lot of room for advancement. Once you were placed in a set position, you – more... were to remain in only that position even though your skills might have been suited better elsewhere. – less
