From the time you begin working there is no set. Everything is done haphazardly. Compensation is mediocre at best. Management is not trained well enough to provide confident support and leadership. Please keep this in mind when applying.

Worked for EMC through Advantage. Learned a lot while working there. Good atmosphere overall, great co-workers. But as a contractor there are little to no benefits, and there is no guarantee you will have a job for longer than you are contracted.
