We're looking to add to our growing team. This positions will support our Director of Client Services and Accounting Manager in conducting the day to day business for our growing recruitment advertising agency.

This is a PART TIME position offering a flexible Monday-Thursday schedule (20 hours per week). Monday availability is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Accounting Manager with: Reporting, Accounts Payable, Filing (electronic and paper), Scanning and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Supporting Client Services with internet ad placement, order creation and order entry.
  • Light phone answering may be required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of general (small) office experience
  • MUST BE Detail-oriented AND a multi-tasker.
  • Experience with HTML coding (manual or via a program similar to Dreamweaver)
  • Strong proficiency with EXCEL, especially with creating multiple reports and graphs
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Abode Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
