  • Inbound Customer Service Representatives
  • Outbound Sales Representatives

Must be able to complete 7-9 weeks of training (good training attendance required)

  • Are you least 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the United States?
  • Do you have a high school diploma or GED?
  • Do you have at least 6 months customer service or call center experience?
  • Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service?
  • Are you motivated to achieve goals?
  • Do you have good computer/keyboarding skills?
  • Do you have excellent listening skills?
  • Do you possess strong verbal and written communication skills?
  • Are you be flexible with scheduling (Nights, Weekends, Holidays)? Hours of operation: Mon through Sun, 6am to 11pm
