Skills and Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the United States
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must have at least 6months to 1 year of customer service experience, in a call center environment preferred
Health Insurance knowledge a plus
Ability to communicate with members and resolve complex member issues
Good computer/keyboarding skills
Excellent listening skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
