Only care about numbers
Security Specialist (Former Employee) –  McLean, VAAugust 16, 2016
They will say they love you and doing great job to your face and the next day turn around and let you go all because their numbers weren't hit for a week or two without mediation. I'd advise you to stay away if you don't want a job where they will be two faced and not care about you as an employee. Tells you something about a company who has more Temps then regular employees huh?!
Pros
Co Workers
Cons
Management, Poor Advancement and everything else

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJuly 31, 2016
All in all, Aegis was a fun workplace where the company gave the requisite tools to allow any employee perform at an expected level. I learned that even with the right people, a project cannot go anywhere without the right leadership. I learned that bringing a positive attitude to any situation will bring out not only the best in one's performance, but it will infect those around you.

Computer Network Technician (Former Employee) –  Honolulu, HIJune 19, 2016
Great pay and overall not a bad job. A lot of responsibilities and tasks not associated with my specific skill set. Management is lacking and the organization as a whole is in need of major overhaul.

Job was ok. I see for some people they enjoy it. The people there are amazing. Certain jobs aren't for everyone. And only worked there to do something with myself until a better job came along.

Good for advancement in high security careers
Personal Security Specialist (Current Employee) –  U.S. Embassy Kabul AfghanistanMay 23, 2016
This company offers great advancement in the pursuit of professional detailed security. Whether is it being apart of a security detail, or on a high threat reaction force, this company offers more education, training, and experience in these fields. Also, employment is oconus. You work long hours. The contract states 12, but it's more like 15 hour days. The best description I can give for the job description is that you're basically like an overseas SWAT team. Just like anywhere else, there are easy to get along with people and then those that are socially incapable to function with others. The hardest part about this job is being away from home, the long hours, you only get one day off and it's unpaid, and there is a lot of red tape and bureaucracy. The enjoyable part is the money you make, the experience you get, staying sharp and honing in on your skill set, and the 35 days vacation you get to enjoy after 105 days of hard work.
Pros
Good pay, 35 days vacation after a 105 day work rotation.
Cons
The company is not employee morale oriented. At will employment.

If your really good with sales and up sells and can sit for hours at a time, then this is the right job. You get paid hourly and by commission. The job training is phenomenal.
