The Customer Service Representative position offers an exciting opportunity to provide customer support at one of the most pioneering start-ups in the US.
-Resolve customer calls and emails related to viewing/recording live TV shows on IP devices
-Identify, investigate and resolve account-specific issues related to TV viewing
-Assist in the fulfillment of periodic marketing promotions
-Utilize proprietary tools to diagnose customer issues
Desired Skills and Experience
-2-4 years of customer service or hospitality required
-Creative problem solver
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, high pressure environment
-Ability to work both independently and as a member of a fast-growing team
-Ability to work full time shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
-Spanish a plus
$14-$16 per hour based on experience
