After working for the company for more than 3 years and received various awards for top agent. My take home was barely minimum wage. after paying union dues Gadip and taxes almost half my pay was deducted.
As for growth they do not hire within for management positions. when I started they advised us that we would be able to get better schedules by the time our second year rolled around. after three years I was still bidding on shifts that were either late night with Sundays off or early morning with weekends late.? As for the Union what a useless bunch of people. I saw many people go through the cutting board with no support what so ever from the union. trainees after only 1 week left of there 3 month probational period would be let go after as there sales were not up to par. and the union collected there dues but did not stand in to help one of these poor souls , So after 3 years of this slavery I decided to move on to bigger and better en devours.
