Aug. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Eletropaulo Metropolitana SA , the Brazilian utility controlled by AES Corp., gained the most in three months in Sao Paulo trading after winning a court decision allowing the company to go ahead with a 360 million reais ($223 million) dividend.
