Great Company
Business Software Programmer II (Current Employee), Carlsbad, CAFebruary 9, 2013
Pros: free iphone, decent benefints
Cons: company politics and management decisions
I enjoyed my time at Aethercomm. The people are great and I had a great boss. Everybody is really nice and when it came to Christmas Bonus' when the company was having a hard time upper management decided to forfeit theirs so the new employees could have a bonus.

Poorly run company
RF TEST TECHNICIAN AETHERCOMM (Former Employee), Carlsbad, CAJuly 20, 2012
Pros: veteran friendly through temp service only
Cons: clearly racist, and terrible company that violates its mandate.
Heavily biased towards Caucasian workforce employment.

Will only hire minorities and veterans as temps.

Clearly racist and bigoted HR Department.

Management does not work as a team for the betterment of the company.

Executives including CEO, put themselves before the company as a whole and disgrace the services they claim to have previously served.

Bottom line is with this company if you're not White and or republican, you can forget finding permanent work here or so much as a descent shot at employment no matter how hard, dedicated or selfless you work. Especially if you're more than well educated as I clearly am (with four degrees) when only one is required.

You say that you are highly educated, and have four degrees. How many of those degrees pertain to the field that Aethercomm works in and from what schools are the degrees?

I worked, with them up until 2006. Worked with the owners at REMEC. It was relatively a respectful place to work. Tension did get hot and people forced to leave. Have nothing but disdain for Administaff and their business practices who handled their payroll At that time

I worked there until 2006. Are they still contracting Administaff for their payroll.
