Customer service representative
has a rotating shift monthly. You would need to be available from 8-6pm in their call center. The only steady shift is their lastest shift 9:30 am - 6pm.

Extremely stressful, unprofessional leads and supervisors. Aetna is an awesome company, however you will suffer lots of retaliation if you voice up. So stress is a killer, if you want to die young get a job in pharmacy accounts receivable dept. Everyone has a different experience not to mention retaliation retaliation so do not use the sup for a recommendation. Why tell you all is well and give you bad reviews. Facts.
