Applied on line on the 10th, received email today to take the assessment online thru Aetna People Scout. I had the option to review my answers but all 23 questions said "attempted" I contacted them and i was told that my information is sent to HR. Did anyone have any issues like this? I answered all questions. How long is the normal turn around time to hear if I passed?

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Aetna?
Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

Just got hired to work for Aetna selling their Medicare Advantage plans.
Looking to hear from anyone who currently sells Aetna Medicare Advantage plans. Was the total comp $65k-$100K (including base) reality or are you struggling?
How is the culture, training, etc.. Are you a robot for Aetna or can you use your own creativity in the field?

My current job just went to bimontly pay in place of biweekly pay and it is terrible. I was offered a position at Aetna and forgot to ask the HR person how often they get paid. This seems like such a silly question, but it is important for me, especially if I take the job. I need to know when I would recieve my next pay.

Does anyone know how far back Aetna goes in their criminal background checks? Is it 7 or 10 years or indefinitely? I have a small infraction from 1997 that I am not sure if I should disclose or not. Thanks!
