Inbound Call Center for National Medical Billing company has opening for a customer service representative that is fluent in Spanish to work the hours of 11:30am - 8:00pm M-Th; 11:00am - 7:30pm Fridays.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls regarding medical billing questions; documenting & updating patient account information; preparing FAR's (Further Action Requests); faxing to/from clients concerning accounts being worked on. Must be able to resolve conflicts in a calm, professional, expedient manner.
Requirements include: Prior call center experience; Ability to deal with problems and issues and remain professional in demeanor; Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations and multiple tasks.
Medical office/billing knowledge preferred
*Fluent in Spanish
